All our SQ Lab products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, 
all other products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty
exclusions:
-Batteries(1/2 year)

-Improper use: Using a product for a purpose other than what it was intended for, or using it in an unsuitable environment 

-Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse 

-Wear and tear: Normal deterioration that happens over time, such as to tires, brake pads, buttons.... 

-Altered products: Modifying a product after purchase, such as changing a saddles cover... 

-Non-original parts: Using non-original or generic repair parts 

-Inadequate maintenance: Damage caused by not properly maintaining a product or using agressive cleaning liquids
